Kopplung von Sauerstofftransport und mikrobieller Umsetzung
Abstract (German)
Die ausreichende Versorgung mit Sauerstoff ist essentielle Voraussetzung für das Wachstum und die Vermehrung aerober Mikroorganismen. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag wird mit Hilfe eines mathematischen Modells die Kopplung des Sauerstofftransportes mit der Kinetik des Wachstums bzw. des Substratabbaus analysiert. Dabei wird gezeigt, daß die mit Reinkulturen ermittelten Modellstrukturen auf die komplexen und nur sehr schwer definierbaren Verhältnisse bei der aeroben Behandlung von Schweinegülle erfolgreich zu übertragen sind.
